At Daklyn & Company, we stand behind the quality of our products and believe skincare should work with your skin’s unique needs.

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Due to the personal nature of skincare products, opened or heavily used items are generally not eligible for standard returns. However, we understand that everyone’s skin is different.

If you have used Botanical Force Skin Balancing Oil consistently for at least two weeks and are not satisfied with your results, we encourage you to contact us. Our goal is to work with you to better understand your skin concerns and, when appropriate, provide a complimentary customized ingredient adjustment tailored specifically to your needs.

If you are still unsatisfied after trying the customized adjustment, please reach out to us again and we will work with you to find a fair solution.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
